GITS or Matrix... that's a tough one - but I guess I go with Matrix because e looooooved the kung-fu.

That's a tough poll but I had to go with Tron just for the fact that it was first in my head when I watched it back when so everything after has been 'after' Tron. That being said, I loved all the others as well and each has expanded, in some way, on what Tron is to me.
