Alrighty!!! Things have been calming down a lot lately. I've finished the horrible jobs I had! I'm still pretty enslaved by commercial commissioned work, but it's good slavery. They're all jobs I do enjoy. Some of you have been watching my livestreamed work for Red Dragon Inn, and thank you for that! Since I don't get to post those (yet), the livestreams are the only real feedback I get. It's a little frustrating to not post work constantly. I have to remind myself that it's okay since I'm getting paid for them! But I still feel like I'm not posting nearly enough. So I appreciate you all sticking with me.

I'm really pretty full up on work until July or so. "Full up" meaning a big chunk of every day is devoted to drawing things I can't really post. But I'm getting paid, and these are FUN jobs, and that's the important thing! The very awesomest of these jobs is a comic I will be doing for Slipshine this summer! I'm really really lucky. And I've managed to keep Cteno updated, and managed to fit little doodles and drawings in here and there. So yeah, things are busy, but I'm in a good rhythm. I'd like to take on more personal commissions if I could, but honestly that would take away the last slivers of free time I have... And my sanity with it!

I'm not sure when personal commissions will open again, but when they can, they will! Even if it's a few months from now...

FYI: New stream stuff!! I made a sloppy new Livestream page ON the old Awfulslugmonster site! I don't use the site so much anymore, so this is really helpful. I've removed the actual content from Awfulslugmonster that was preventing me from linking it on DA before. It's all hosted elsewhere, meaning everything on the site is stuff you can also see on DA anyway!

- Due to it's verticalness, the video won't get obscured by bottom or top advertisements, for those of you not using adblocker! The actual feed from my desktop itself will be centered, and will be a little bigger than before!

- The playlist Twitter is updated live on the page too, which is super helpful and means you don't need to ask 12380192381 times what song is playing. The chat is also a little bigger, so that's nice!

- I put some nice links on there so people can actually FIND stuff, unlike the Livestream page itself. You can still watch/chat seamlessly on either Livestream's page OR Awfulslugmonster, but I'd recommend the latter from now on!

Anyhoo, I'm streaming some Cteno lines right now!

PRINTS UPDATES!

Alright, I've gotten most of the adjustments done… Let's review the good and the bad! eBay and shipping rates have gone up worldwide, so I needed to make some adjustments. However there's also some cool changes. I think it all balances out.

- All prints are now Premium quality, due to paper and ink become a little more affordable! So all the prints are printed on the nice 80lb paper, at higher settings!

- Poster A3+ prints will be printed on a sexy Satin finish from now on. It's higher quality, and since I can afford to order in higher quantities now, it's the same price as the paper I was using before!! So there's no price increase! Awesome for everyone!

- All LTR size prints are now $22, to cover the new eBay fees and domestic shipping. But that's $3 less than the prior premium print price of $25, since they're all basically premium prints now. Not all the descriptions have been updated to reflect this, though there's no reason to be upset when you end up getting a BETTER product than the description said.

- International shipping is now by location. This is REALLY important for me, since before I was LOSING money any time I sent a print internationally, particularly to Australia, Northern Europe, or Germany. Like, I basically lost money every time I shipping something there. So that was no good, and has been fixed.

Woo! Now if I can just find time to DRAW new prints…!

The most common question I get is "WUT SONG IS PLAYIGN OMG SOME1 PLS ANSER!" I only get that question during streams, but it's asked so often that I'm sure it's #1. And it's the ONLY question I get that genuinely irritates me SOOO MUCCHHH RRRGGGGG I AM NOT A DJ I'M JUST TRYING TO DRAW. BESIDES HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF GOOGLE? GOOGLE THE FUCKING LYRICS. NO LYRICS? GET SHAZAM.

ANYWAY… As some of you saw in the stream last night, I've finally found a use for my twitter: twitter.com/slugbox. Since I don't give half a poop about twitter, and it honestly has no real use for me for publicity OR social fun, I'm using it as a Now Playing service. Whatever I'm playing during the streams will be shown there! NEAT!

I DON'T RECOMMEND ACTUALLY FOLLOWING THIS TWITTER BECAUSE I'M PROBABLY GOING TO BE TOO LAZY TO TURN OFF THE NOW PLAYING FEATURE AND IT WILL PROBABLY SHOW WHAT'S PLAYING 24/7. Which will be very annoying for your feed. Unless you want music suggestions all the time! Regardless, that's where you can check what's playing! The Livestream banner will inform people of this from now on, but since this IS the most common question, I figured it's worth posting about too!

My inability to sleep is really stressing me out, and the stress is making me really tired, which slows down my life... not to mention art... which stresses me out even more. So basically I'm really tired, really stressed, and have nightmares whenever I sleep, if I sleep. I bought tickets for Iron Man 3 this morning but I'm so exhausted so I don't know if I'm even going to go...

It's been a really enlightening month too. Enlightening enough that I will be moving to have more "Pay-What-You-Want" content for everyone. At least, once I'm done all this other work... Whew...
