Confused about or interested in what constitutes a parody or Fair Use Parody Law? I wrote up something useful! [link]

It's called FAIR USE, and is a First Amendment right. It includes Parody and Satire.

Obviously you CANNNOT claim sheer credit and use of a property without taking certain liberties, or changing the original message. That's piracy. This is NOT piracy, this is parody. It's clear what I'm mocking here...

I am confident in my parodic efforts to skew a property with sufficient hilarity, and feel more than secure in my freedom of speech rights to challenge and skew things, and even charge for such visual opinions. Does it seriously look like these are actually cartoon horses? Or that there's ANY unlicensed use of specific imagery ANYWHERE in this (because that IS piracy and illegal)?

That's why every page says that any likenesses or name are uses in a parodic or fictitious manner. In case you're stupid.
